Questions resellers ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single unit to test the quality. Volume prices start at 25 units per product.
Do the plates need an app to work?
No. Customers tap their phone on the plate and the link opens in the browser. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code we print on request.
Can I or my clients change the link later?
Yes. NTAG215 chips are rewritable with any free NFC writing app. We can also lock a chip on request so nobody can overwrite it.
Can you print my client's logo?
Yes. Choose "Custom print" on any line in the order form. Send the logo files by email after ordering and we send a digital proof before production.
Are prices shown with VAT?
All prices on this site exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. VAT, duties or import taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.
How is shipping calculated?
The order page estimates shipping from your destination country and the parcel weight. The final shipping cost is confirmed on your invoice before you pay.
How do I pay?
After you submit an order we email you an invoice with payment details. Nothing is charged on this website.
